HCW YC Refund Policy:
HCW 2009 race entries: Refunds will only be given for race entrants who provide notice in writing two week in advance of the race that they will not be participating. If the race is cancelled by the Race Committee on the day of the race due to adverse weather conditions (as per the Sailing Instructions) no refunds will be forthcoming. This is because all race entry fees are directed to our nominated charities, the Cancer Council of NSW and the Royal Volunteer Coastal Patrol and we wish these organisations to receive these funds whether or not the race proceeds on the day.
HCW YC membership: No refunds will be given.
Payments made to the Heaven Can Wait Yacht Club will appear on your bank statements as payments to the "Heaven Can Wait Yacht Club Incorporated"
