| HCW YC Refund Policy: HCW 2012 race entries: Refunds will only be given for race entrants who provide notice in writing two week in advance of the race that they will not be participating. If the race is cancelled by the Race Committee on the day of the race due to adverse weather conditions (as per the Sailing Instructions) no refunds will be forthcoming. HCW YC membership: No refunds will be given.
