HCW YC Refund Policy:

HCW 2010 race entries: Refunds will only be given for race entrants who provide notice in writing two week in advance of the race that they will not be participating. If the race is cancelled by the Race Committee on the day of the race due to adverse weather conditions (as per the Sailing Instructions) no refunds will be forthcoming.
HCW YC membership: No refunds will be given.

Trading name Payments made to the Heaven Can Wait Yacht Club will appear on your bank statements as payments to the "Heaven Can Wait Yacht Club Incorporated"
